Flexibility refers to the ability to shift attention or behavior in response to new stimuli or situations. It involves the capacity to shift perspectives, behaviors, and approaches in order to meet different demands and circumstances. Flexibility is a multidimensional skill that encompasses cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social aspects of a person’s development.
